SHIPPING POLICY
PROCESSING TIME:
The time it takes STINK! to prepare an order varies but typical turnaround time will be 3-5 business days after an order is placed.
SHIPPING TIMES:
Currently we DO NOT ship International. But shipping times will depend on USPS, UPS, etc. Once the item has been scanned, I do not have control over it but I will try my best to ship during the weekdays, so your item does not sit in a warehouse over the weekend.
STINK! is not liable or responsible for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package.
RETURN POLICY
Due to the handmade nature of our products, our skincare products cannot be replaced or refunded unless they have been damaged in shipment. Photographic proof of damage must be submitted via email with subject line, "Damaged in Shipping" to qualify for a refund or replacement within SEVEN days of receipt.
To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, and after our approval of the requested refund, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Your satisfaction is our goal and we truly believe that you will love our products, but if you are unhappy, please let us know. We want you to have a positive experience and will work with you if you are not pleased with your purchase.
